Sapna grumbled but she followed her leader almost in tears but then her eyes widened. She turned around, and the sand and the strings all burst into flames, fiery things shot up the sky and blasted toward Sapna.

Seth said, "Good," but then his glass shield was raised before him as he stored the other things. It happened so fast, one of the blazing things went to him and the rest to Sapna

A more powerful explosion blasted Seth and his shield back but Sapna had tiny red sparkling things circle her.

"Damn it." Seth cursed. Even behind the shield, the impact and shock waves find a way toward him. His ribs were broken and his nose started bleeding.
